The S Band Differential Phase Shift Latching Switch Circulator:
The exciting power is from 2W to 4W, and can be used on the power program
control or as the switch and the isolator. The peak / average value is
200KW/2KW, the Band Width is 10%; the reversed isolation is more than
20dB, the forward loss is less than 0.8dB, the standing wave coefficient
is 1.2, and the switching time is 10
μs.
(8) The 3 cm
ferrite switch circulator: this
product can be used to substitute the gaseous discharge tube, and can be
used as the common channel converter on the radar or the microwave
communication system, the switching speed and the reliability are much
improved. The peak power is more than 80KW, and the average power more
than 80 W.
(9) The S Band ferrite: electric modulated attenuator
The
usage: it is widely used on the test circuitry of the microwave, can be
used as the program control attenuator with high reliability, and the Band
width is +/-15%, the Inse.Loss is less than 0.5dB, the dynamic attenuation
is more than 60dB, the standing wave coefficient is 1.3.

is from 20% to 30%.

isolator: that is the T junction
circulator, the volume is less than the field shift parts, and is lighter,
the Inse.Loss is less than 0.2dB, the isolation is 25dB, the standing wave
coefficient is 1.15, the bandwidth is 6%.
